Framing materials are usually wood, engineered wood, or structural steel. Conventional and established buildings are referred to as traditional, Whereas Modular designs are the opposite and revolutionise the area.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" style=\"text-align: start; white-space: normal;\">Modular Structures<\/h2><p style=\"white-space: normal;\">&#8216;<strong>Modular construction<\/strong>&#8216; is a term used to describe the use of factory-produced pre-engineered\u00a0<strong>building<\/strong>\u00a0units delivered to site and assembled as large volumetric components or as substantial elements of a\u00a0<strong>building<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"white-space: normal;\">The meaning of\u00a0 Modular refers back to prefabricated rooms and buildings.\u00a0 The Room or building can be made to British standards specification and designed on paper before being pieced together and delivered to site for the customer\u00a0to use on their project.
